No, registration is not required. However, it is encouraged for planning purposes. Registration is free and can be done at here.

Does registration guarantee seating?

No, registration does not guarantee seating. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

What airport is nearby?

In Chicago, we have two airports that are utilized by locals. Chicago Midway serves as our Southwest hub and is the closest to the facility. However, O'Hare is our primary international airport. We recommend either airport as they are approximately equal distances from LOEWS & SOPHY, our premier host hotel.

Are there any recommended hotels nearby?

Yes, our guest hotel is Loews Hotel Chicago and Sophy Hyde Park. Additionally, the Hyatt Regency is nearby, and standard rates apply. Please see above in the “lodging” section for our Loews and Sophy booking code.

Will there be a shuttle from the hotel(s) to the venue?

No. However, the NLCSE RideShare will be available. Download any rideshare app to schedule your ride. There will be designated areas for drop-off/pick-up.

Is there a rooming list for those who would like a hotel roommate? No.

Will there be merchandise available for purchase?

Yes, prayer scarves and other merchandise will be available for sale.

Will food be available at the event?

Yes, food trucks will be on-site, providing a variety of dining options for attendees to purchase.
